How to make Fudge Fingers

    1. To make Gooey chocolate fudge, in a deep microwave-safe bowl take dark chocolate.  If you do not have a microwave, melt the chocolate over a double boiler. To create a double boiler, add about 1 to 2 inches of water in the saucepan and put the pan on the stove on medium heat. Place the chocolate filled bowl on a double boiler. Cook till the chocolate melts, while stirring gently.
    2. Add condensed milk. It sweetens the fudge fingers, improves the texture and helps in setting the gooey chocolate fudge dessert.
    3. Add fresh cream. It provides richness and creaminess to gooey chocolate fudge dessert.
    4. Add cocoa powder. Use good quality cocoa powder to intensify the chocolate flavor in chocolate fudge fingers. You can also add flavor like vanilla or almond if you want to make different types of fudge!
    5. Mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
    6. Whisk well so it combines well.
    7. Add the biscuits. They provide a nice crunch to the chocolate fudge fingers.
    8. Mix well using a spatula.
    9. Pour the mixture into a 150 mm. (6”) round loose-bottomed cake tin and press it well. If you do not have a loose-bottomed cake tin, line parchment paper on a regular cake tin just to make sure the fudge doesn’t stick
    10. Put the walnuts evenly over it. You can chop the walnuts coarsely by hand, or pulse them in a mixer jar to speed up the process. Other mixed nuts like almonds, hazelnut, pine nuts, pistachios, cashew nuts can also be added.
    11. Refrigerate uncooked fudge fingers for at least 1 hour. Do not set the fudge in the freezer, as it will only freeze instead of setting properly.
    12. Unmould it carefully from the cake tin.
    13. Cut fudge fingers | chocolate fudge fingers dessert | easy fudge fingers for kids | gooey chocolate fudge | into 8 equal bars using a sharp knife. If you’re having trouble cutting into the chocolate fudge, try dipping the knife in hot water before slicing into the dessert.
