Ingredients
For Eggless Ghee Cake
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk powder
3/4 cup milk
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Method
For eggless ghee cake
- To make eggless ghee cake, in a deep bowl, add ghee, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk powder and milk. Whisk well.
- Add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and whisk well until no lump remain.
- Transfer the batter into a greased and lined tin. Sprinkle some pistachio flakes and almond flakes.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
- Remove and cool it completely. Demold and cut into 12 equal slices.
- Serve the eggless ghee cake.
