Ingredients

For Eggless Indian Pancakes
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 sliced medium banana
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp peanut butter

For The Topping
4 tbsp blueberries , strawberries , optional
1/4 chopped banana , optional

  1. Grind oats, almond milk, baking powder and banana in a mixer for 1 minute.
  2. Heat a non stick pan and grease it with a little olive oil.
  3. Grease a loose bottom tin of about 3. 5 inches diameter with a little olive oil.
  4. Pour 1/4th the batter in a loose bottom tin and cook for 45 seconds.
  5. Flip and cook again for 45 seconds. Repeat again 3 more times to make a total of 4 plain eggless pancakes.
  6. Top with peanut butter to make eggless indian pancakes with peanut butter.

To make Eggless Indian Pancakes

  1. Put one cup of quick cooking rolled oats in a mixer. See why we love oats.  Oats are a great source of protein for Vegetarians. Whole Oats have an antioxidant called Avenanthramide (a polyphenol from oats) which helps lower blood pressure levels.   2. Add 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
  3. Add 1 chopped banana.
  4. Add 1 tsp baking powder.
  5. Grind for 1 minute in a mixer.
  6. Heat a non stick pan and grease it with a little olive oil with a brush.
  7. Grease the inside of a loose  bottom tin  of about 3.5 inches diameter with a little olive oil.
  8. Place the  loose  bottom tin on a hot tava.
  9. Pour 1/4 th the batter on the greased loose bottom tin and cook on medium flame for 45 seconds.
  10. Grease the top of the uncooked  pancake with a little olive oil as we are going to cook the other side. 
  11. Pick up the loose  bottom tin with a pakkad or pliers. 
  12. Flip the pancake and cook again for 45 seconds till done. 
  13. Repeat the process for 3 more pancakes cooking only one pancake at a time.
