    1. To make chocolate walnut cake, grease and line the tin using butter paper.
    2. In a small bowl, add ¾ cup milk.
    3. Add ½ tsp vinegar.
    4. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
    5. In another bowl, add ½ cup roughly chopped walnuts (akhrot).
    6. Add ¼ cup chocolate chips.
    7. Add 1 tsp plain flour (maida).
    8. Mix well and keep aside.
    9. In a big bowl, add ¼ cup soft butter.
    10. Add ½ cup powdered sugar.
    11. Whisk it well till light and fluffy.
    12. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
    13. Whisk well. 
    14. In the same bowl, sieve 1 cup plain flour (maida)
    15. Add ¼ cup cocoa powder.
    16. Add 1 tsp baking powder.
    17. Add ½ tsp baking soda.
    18. Add ¾ cup milk.
    19. Mix well to make a cake batter.
    20. Fold in the coated walnuts and chocolate chips in the batter.
    21. Mix gently

    1. Transfer the batter into a greased and lined tin.
    2. Garnish with walnuts and chocolate chips.
    3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 30-35 minutes or until the skewers inserted comes out clean.
    4. Carefully demould the cake from the tin.
    5. Cut into 12 equal slices.
    6. Serve Eggless chocolate walnut cake.

Soft, chocolaty and mind blowing. The combo of dark chocolate with condensed milk is very good. Kids will love this!!!

CB - one of my favourite sweet snacks! I substitute the atta with ground oats and add chia seeds. Instead of castor sugar, I feel raisins or dried strawberries or cranberries are better sweeteners.
