Corn Crispies ( Finger Foods for Kids )

Plump corn kernels are mixed with batter and deep-fried…these crispies, although simple to make, taste wonderful. You can add an extra flavour by tossing the crispies with chaat masala. Enjoy it immediately!
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with 6 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and scatter individual batter coated corn kernels in it and deep-fry till they are golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Cool slightly and serve immediately.
