1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
a pinches salt
1 cup finely chopped or sliced tender ginger (adrak)
Method
- Combine the sugar, vinegar, 1/3 cup water, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and whisk well.
- Add the ginger and mix well.
- Serve as an accompaniment or store refrigerated.

Chinese sweet and sour ginger.. a great accompaniment with chinese .. its sweet.. little spicy.. but just loved the combination..
