Heat the remaining ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the prepared tomato onion gravy, chilli powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Add the makhana, cashew nuts, mushroom, 1 cup of water and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 7 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
