Making stir-fried French beans with garlic

  1. Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the french beans, salt and pepper mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the soy sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve stir-fried french beans with garlic immediately topped with sesame seeds.
