    1. Heat 1 tbls oil in a small pan.
    2. Add 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun).
    3. Sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
    4. Allow the mixture to cool, transfer into a glass bowl.
    5. Add 1 tsp soy sauce.
    6. Add 1/2 tsp powdered sugar. This gives a nice sweet and spicy balance to the dressing. Don't skip the sugar. However, for diabetics we recommend to skip adding sugar. 
    7. Add 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
    8. Add 2 tsp lemon juice. This gives a nice tangy taste to the sweet and spicy dressing.
    9. Add 1 finely sliced red chilli which is 1/2 tsp.
    10. Add 1/4 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts. Thai food uses a lot of peanuts and since we have roasted them they go great with the salad.
    11.   Mix chilli peanut dressing well and keep aside.

    3. Roast your peanuts till they are darkish brown in colour.
    4. Cool and remove the skin by rubbing your hands over the peanuts.
    5. Coarsely crush the peanuts in a mortar and pestle.
    6. Keep aside. Your roasted and coarsely ground peanuts are ready to use in the salad.

Beans sprouts with soya sauce and crunchy peanuts makes a great salad. To this is the nice spicy flavour added. I can have this as a meal by itself.
