Carrot Dosa does not require any grinding, soaking or fermenting and make up for a quick breakfast that can be made hassle-free.

Even in the absence of rich gravies, some subzis are very tasty and aromatic, because of the magic worked by the tempering. Try your hands on Masala Cauliflower and Green Pea Subzi, Mooli Subzi and serve it with paratha or roti for lunch/dinner. If you are in a mood to eat something continental, then toss some Garlic Spaghetti. A side of toasted bread or Cheesy Paneer and Parsley Toast will make it a complete meal.
