Instead of bread crumbs you can add besan in the mixture for the binding. 3. Deep fry the tikkis on medium flame so that they get cooked evenly.

Ingredients
To Be Mixed Into Tikki Mixture
2 cups boiled colocasia (arbi)
2 tsp ginger (adrak)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
oil for cooking
To Be Mixed Into Slurry
1/4 cup cornflour
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
salt and to taste
1/3 cup water
Method
- To make arbi tikki, divide and roll 11 equal portions of the tikki mixture into 2 inch (50 mm) tikki.
- Dip each tikki in the cornflour slurry and then coat it well in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry few tikki at a time until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve the arbi tikki immediately.

Arbi Tuk.. i just love this recipe.. of arbi.. i enjoy this recipe as a snack.. the flavour of the masala is just good.. This recipe is enjoyed by my family very much..
