For arbi tikki
  1. To make arbi tikki, divide and roll 11 equal portions of the tikki mixture into 2 inch (50 mm) tikki.
  2. Dip each tikki in the cornflour slurry and then coat it well in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry few tikki at a time until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve the arbi tikki immediately.

    1. In a deep bowl, add 2 cups boiled and peeled colocasia (arbi).
    2. Mash it well.
    3. Add 2 tsp ginger (adrak) garlic (lehsun) paste.
    4. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi).
    5. Add 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
    6. Add 1/4 tsp dried mango powder (amchur).
    7. Add 1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder.
    8. Add 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
    9. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    10. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania).
    11. Add salt to taste.
    12. Mix well.

    2. Add ¼ cup corn flour. 
    3. Add salt to taste.
    4. Add ½ cup water.
    5. Mix well and keep aside.
