1 cup roughly chopped bananas
1 1/2 cups chilled cow's milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 deseeded dates (khajur)

Ohhh i m so sorry i meant will it helpful for kids age 5yrs.they will gain some weight with this recipe.if yes then how much quantity should i serve per day

Tarla Dalal    1 Banana a day is definitely good for kids. However this milkshake has sugar, so our suggestion is to serve this only once a fortnight. Instead have the whole fruit daily.
