  1. See the below image of list of ingredients for making dominos style garlic bread.

how to make the spice mix

  1. In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp garlic (lehsun) powder. Garlic powder has a strong, savory taste that evenly distributes throughout the mix, ensuring that each bite of garlic bread has the right amount of garlic flavor.
  2. Add ½ tbsp dried oregano. Oregano adds a distinct, earthy, and slightly peppery flavor with a hint of bitterness to a garlic bread spice mix, which enhances the overall taste profile.
  3. Add 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika). Chili flakes add a touch of heat and a slight smoky flavor to the spice mix for garlic bread. They enhance the overall taste by providing a mild spiciness that complements the garlic and butter.
  4. Add 1 tsp mixed herbs. Mixed herbs enhance the flavor of the spice mix used for garlic bread by adding a blend of aromatic and earthy notes. They typically include herbs like oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
  5. Add ¼ tsp salt.
  6. Add ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch). Black pepper powder adds a subtle heat and depth of flavor to the spice mix used for garlic bread. It enhances the overall taste by providing a mild spiciness that balances the richness of butter and the garlic's pungency.
  7. Mix well and keep aside.

how to make garlic butter

  1. Add 3 tbsp soft butter in a small bowl. Butter adds a rich, creamy taste that complements the spices, making the overall flavor of the garlic bread more indulgent.
  2. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun). The small pieces of garlic add a bit of texture, giving each bite a burst of garlic flavor without being overwhelming.
