Method

  1. Combine the milk, fresh cream, cornflour, sugar, vanilla essence and raisins in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Apply butter on all the bread slices.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on a greased microwave safe dish.
  4. Sprinkle the muesli evenly on top of the bread slices.
  5. Pour the milk and fresh cream mixture over it.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over it.
  7. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Keep it aside for 10 minutes and serve immediately.

Bread and butter pudding, I have loved the recipe.. so much.. the crunch given to this dish with the muesli is just too good.. the bread soaked in milk mixture giving it a creamy texture.. and a little more sweetness with the brown sugar..
