Top with 1 tbsp of the paneer filling and sprinkle ½ tsp of cheese on each cream cracker. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts. Serve immediately.

1 cup milk

1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup boiled and crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

A mini pizza version, exotic taste, with a crunchy biscuit base and loaded with cheese, i added extra cheese to my spinach filling, and it was so ultimate, the paneer and corn filling was just perfect with the spinach. My favourite evening snack.
