Main Recipe
1 1/2 cups grated raw papaya
1 cup shredded cabbage
4 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/4 cup Crushed Salted Peanuts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 to 2 sliced red chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar (optional)
For Topping
3 tbsp fried onions
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except the fried onions.
- Top the salad with fried onions and serve immediately.
