Method
    Method
  1. Chop the spring onion whites and greens. Keep aside.
  2. Chop the spinach. Keep aside.
  3. Peel, grate the carrot. Keep aside.
  4. Combine the milk, water and cornflour in a deep pan and mix well.
  5. Add all the vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes ,while stirring continuously.
  6. Add the cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
