This recipe is for all those of you who are prepared to go one step further to guarantee the best taste and quality in every food item you serve.
Pickled Jalapenos can be easily made at home, now that jalapeno chilli roundels are quite often available at gourmet stores. It takes just a few ingredients, a little time and a simple enough procedure to make it at home.
So, what are you waiting for? Make a batch, cool it completely and stow it into the refrigerator to use whenever you want.

Method- Combine 1¼ cups of water, vinegar, sugar and salt and mix well and boil on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, add the chillies, mix well cover it with a lid and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely and store it in an air-tight container along with the water and keep it refrigerated till use.
