Perfect for fruit lovers, this unique pani puri recipes combines the zesty taste of fruits with the peppy taste of pani puri.
Chopped fruits replace the traditional potato mixture stuffed into the puris, while a spicy fruity liquid replaces the normal pani.
The fruity flavours of orange and apple juice blend beautifully with Indian masalas like chaat masala and pani puri masala to make the Fruity Pani Puri a unique experience worth remembering forever!
This is an unusual snack to serve at parties , and will be enjoyed by everybody.
Method- Combine the apples, pomogranate, chaat masala and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aisde.
- Crack a small hole in the centre of each puris.
- Put a little of the apple-pomogranate mixture in each puri.
- Serve little of the pani in each shot glass and a stuffed puri on it.
- Serve immediately.
