Ingredients
Main Recipe
1 cup boiled and mashed potato
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
4 to 6 chopped green chillies
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped cabbage
3 bread
salt to taste
Other ingredients
1 cup plain flour (maida)
oil for deep-frying
Method
- Soak the bread slices in water for 2 minutes and then squeeze out the water.
- Combine the potatoes, cheese, coriander, chillies, onions, cabbage, bread slices and salt and mix well.
- Shape into 4 cutlets.
- Mix the flour in 1 cup of water to make a smooth batter. Dip the cutlets in
- Deep fry in oil, drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Just before you wish to serve, grill them over a charcoal or electric barbeque.
- Serve hot with the barbeque sauce.

No, these tikkis are not suitable for those on Paleo Diet as it includes bread and potatoes along with being deep fried.

If i make potato cutlet previous day and put in fridge becomes soft. How i can i avoid this. Also would paneer cutlet be better if i make it previous day?
