Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh) (nariyal ka doodh)
1 cup basil , torn in pieces
3 cups pineapple cubes
1 cup spinach (palak) , torn into pieces
1 tbsp flax seeds
a pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup ice-cubes
For The Garnish
Method
- Combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately garnished with a little shredded coconut.
