Pineapple and banana, along with ice-cream and honey, give a good mix of flavours and textures, which feels very nice on the palate. Tangy, sweet and creamy too, the Carribean Calypso is bound to please anybody.
Pineapple’s tangy overtures are supported beautifully by the pleasant flavours of banana and vanilla ice-cream. Although the fruits themselves are sweet, we have added a dash of honey as it gives a nice flavour and aroma to the Caribbean Calypso.
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.

- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 2 individual glasses and serve chilled.
