For Baked Vegetable Au Gratin
1 1/2 cups chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (french beans , carrot , green peas and sweet corn kernels)
1 tbsp butter
salt and to taste
3/4 cup grated processed cheese
Method
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the mixed vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the white sauce, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish , sprinkle the cheese evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at

veg Au gratin is my favourite. I never miss a chance to order it at the restaurant. i tried making this recipe at home and the results were extra ordinarily nice. It tastes like what we get in restaurants. Super tasty.
