Ingredients

4 white bread slices
1/4 cup cheese spread (preferably pepper flavor)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger (adrak)
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
2 red chillies , sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped red capsicum
1/4 cup chopped cucumber (seeds removed)
2 cups chopped salted peanuts
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (dhania)

Method

Remove the crust of bread slices.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese spread, peanut butter, ginger, white pepper and chilli powder. Spread over bread.
Top with sliced chilli, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber and peanuts. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Cut each bread into 4 squares.
