2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 cups water
salt to taste
Method

  1. To make rice roti, heat 2 cups of water in a deep pan add salt and bring it to boil.
  2. Add rice flour and mix well while stirring continuously.
  3. Cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Remove in a big thali and cool it slightly and knead into a soft dough using wet hands.
  5. Divide and roll each portion of the dough into 6 inch diameter roti using little rice flour for rolling.
  6. Heat a nonstick tava and place the rolled roti on the hot tava.
  7. Cook the roti on both the sides for few seconds on medium flame and then cook on open flame on both the sides.
  8. Serve the rice roti hot with sabzi of your choice.
