For pizza puff- To make pizza puff, in a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients except bread and mix well to make the stuffing.
- Cut the edges of all the bread slices and roll them thinly.
- Place 1 tbsp of the stuffing in the center and apply little water on the sides of the bread using a brush.
- Cover with another rolled bread slice and press the edges using a fork to seal them properly.
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, deep fry the pizza puffs on medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain them on an absorbent paper.

pizza puff recipe | bread pizza puff | cheesy bread pockets | is made using easily available ingredients in India: 12 big bread slices, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane), 1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste, 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp chopped black olives, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika), salt to taste and oil for deep frying.
