Also make "aloo bonda" instead of aloo slices boil aloo-make balls by adding salt, green chillies, green coriander and dip the balls in batter and fry them one by one.
Method- Combine the flour, salt, chillies and mix well.
- Add water to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and dip the potato slices in batter, and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
