For mushroom schezwan wrap- To make mushroom schezwan wrap recipe, heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, add garlic and spring onion whites, sauté for a minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook it on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, schezwan chutney, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions, mix well and keep aside. Divide the filling into 4 equal portions.
- Take a roti on a clean, dry surface, put one portion of the filling vertically in the centre of the roti.
- Arrange a few thinly sliced onions over the filling. Roll it up tightly to make a wrap.
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 to make 3 more wraps.
- Serve the mushroom schezwan wrap immediately.
