Method
    Method
  1. Cut brinjal into long pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the brinjals, salt and turmeric powder, mix well and cover and cook till the brinjal are soft.
  4. Add the methi leaves and saute on a medium flame till they are cooked.
  5. Add the dry powder and amchur and mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
