what is fig apricot shake made of ? ig and apricot protein shake is made from 5 slices dried figs (anjeer), 4 dried apricots (khumani / jardalu) , deseeded and chopped, 1 1/4 cups milk (unsweetened almond milk can be used ), 4 to 5 ice-cubes and 1 tsp sugar , optional. - Cut the apricot into half with a sharp knife. Remove the seeds and place a halve on a chopping board. Chop the dried apricots lengthwise at regular intervals with a sharp knife. Line all the long pieces together and chop horizontally to get chopped dried apricots. Oil the blade of the knife to chop easily.
