Eggless Fruit Bar recipe - How to make Eggless Fruit Bar

Ingredients

1/2 tin of condensed milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup white butter
125 gms plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp lemon Soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup mixed fruits
a few drops of yellow colour
a few glace cherries for decoration

Method

Beat milk, sugar, butter and condensed milk.
Sift maida (all purpose) and baking powder and soda.
Add this mixture gradually to the milk mixture. beat after each addition.
Mix small pieces of fruits to the mixture.
Transfer to a greased and dusted baking tray,garnish with some glazed cherries and bake in the oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into small pieces and serve.
