  1. Heat a small broad non-stick pan, add the boiled eggs, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt.
  2. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and keep aside.

  1. To make egg biryani, soak the rice in enough water for 1 hour. Drain well and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil and ghee in a pressure cooker, add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the slit green chillies, onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato pulp, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander cumin seed powder, biryani masala, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the curd, mint leaves and coriander mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the rice, masala eggs, fried onions, salt to taste 1½ cup water and mix well.
  7. Pressure cook for 3 whistles and allow the steam to escape then open the lid.
  8. Serve the egg biryani hot.

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small broad non-stick pan.
  2. Add 6 boiled eggs.
  3. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder.
  4. Add ¼ tsp chili powder.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and keep aside.

  2. Add enough water and soak for 1 hour.

  7. Add 1 cardamom.
  8. Add 2 cloves.
  9. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.

  11. Sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  12. Add ¾ cup sliced onions.
  13. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  14. Add ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  15. Add ½ cup tomato pulp.
  16. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder.
  17. Add 2 tsp chili powder.
  18. Add 1 tsp coriander cumin seed powder.
  19. Add 1½ tbsp biryani masala.
  20. Mix well.
  21. Sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  22. Add ¼ cup curd.
  23. Add ¼ cup chopped mint leaves (phudina).
  24. Add ¼ cup finely chopped coriander.
  25. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  26. Add the soaked rice.
  27. Add the masala eggs.
  28. Add ½ cup fried onions.
  29. Add salt to taste.
  30. Add 1½ cups water and mix well.
  31. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  32. Allow the steam to escape then open the lid.
  33. Serve egg biryani hot.

Is it not going to be too much of masala powder as it says 2 1/2 tsp biryani masala and 1 tsp Garamond masala for the Egg biryani.
