Quickly sauté it with a tangy paste of mint, coriander, lemon juice and other pungent ingredients... and watch how the flavour seeps through the rice and paneer transforming them into a delightful Minty Paneer Biryani that will promptly be promoted to the ‘favourite’ category by your family!

Very tasty! The mint flavor is delicious and savory. I live in NYC and I didn''t have time to go to the Indian grocery to get paneer, so I used ricotta instead-and it still turned out great! I''m looking forward to making this again.

Tarla Dalal    Thanks Divya. Good idea using the ricotta. Will help those in the US with this shortcut.
