A delicious kaju barfi perfectly suitable for all Indian festivals and occassions!
Method- Crush the cashewnuts to a fine powder in a blender and keeo aside.
- Combine all the ingredients together, along with cashewnuts powder and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a thick bottomed kadhai and cook on a slow flame till the mixture starts leaving the sides and forms a ball.
- Put the mixture in a tray and roll out thinly (1/8 inch). Cool and cut into diamond shapes.
