Ingredients

1 cup chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
1 cup chopped musk melon
1 cup mangoes
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp lemon juice
crushed ice as required
4 cups vanilla ice-cream
1 tbsp sugar

Method

Combine all the ingredients, except the ice-cream and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Just before serving, pour the juice in serving glasses, put a scoop of ice-cream and serve immediately.
