You can make potatoes chips spicy by adding
more chilli pd or chilli sauce. chips also can be fried crispy or soft as you like. this is very popular in Johannesburg south Africa.

Chip Roll recipe - How to make Chip Roll

Ingredients

2 long bread rolls
2 potatoes
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
grated cheese
2 washed lettuce leaves
1 small tomato cut ino round slices
1 small cucumber cut into round slices
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method


  1. 1.peel the potatoes and cut into long chips
  2. 2.fry the chips till golden brown or till it
  3. is done and place it on toweling paper.
  4. 3.take a bowl and empty the chips in it and
  5. add red chilli pd,balsamic vinegar,ketchup
  6. lemon juice,salt.mix it well.
  7. 4.cut the bread rolls in between and apply
  8. butter to the inside of the rolls,place
  9. the lettuce leaf, tomatoe, cucumber,chips
  10. & cheese.
  11. 5.serve it hot or cold.
  12. half of the chips mix in the roll
