Zucchini and White Pumpkin Salad recipe - How to make Zucchini and White Pumpkin Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4Makes 4 serving

Ingredients
2 zucchini
1/2 small bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
10 to 12 mint
2 tbsp whisked curds (dahi)
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
Method
    Method
  1. Peel Zucchini and pumpkin and remove seeds (from Pumpkin).
  2. Grate the zucchini and pumpkin.
  3. Mix both Zucchini and Pumpkin.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the mint, lemon and lemon zest.
  6. Mix well and garnish the salad with curd and coriander.
