Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine the cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, coffee powder, sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Switch off the flame, cover it with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the coffee using a strainer in a deep bowl.
  4. Pour the coffee into 4 individual cups.
  5. Put the beaten whipped cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe a swirl evenly over the coffee in each of the cups.
  6. Finally sprinkle little cinnamon powder evenly over it.
  7. Serve immediately.

Hi! Do we need to alter the proportion of sugar since the whipped cream I use already contains sugar?

Hush I can make my favorite Viennese spiced coffee at home and enjoy anytime I want.I have made the powder of cinnamon,nutmeg and cardamom in an air-tight container and mix with my coffee concoction whenever i desire....
