Pour a 1 tablespoon of the dosa batter in each uttapa mould to make a 63.5 mm (2.5 ") or 75 mm. (3") diameter round. This depends on the size of the pan you have. Makes 14 mini uttapams stuffed with green peas.

Cook for 30 seconds on medium heat.

Grease the top of each uttapam using a brush with little oil.

Cook again till golden brown and flip over. Your uttapam is ready.

I am very fond of eating sweets and chatpatta snacks. But alway worried about sugar level & BP. To prevent sugar & BP i have to control sugar & salt consumption in my daily food.
