For Sprouts and Corn Chatpata Chaat
1 1/2 cups boiled mixed sprouts
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp Nylon sev
1/4 cup papdi (chaat)
salt to taste
For The Garnish
1 tbsp Nylon sev
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Add boiled sweet corn kernels. You can easily get corn kernels in market or you can buy a corn cob and separate kernels.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Add meetha chutney. We have used homemade meetha chutney, you can make it in advance and store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

Add chaat masala. It would give a nice tangy chatpata taste to our chaat. We have used homemade chaat masala.

Add coriander. It will perk up the taste of our chaat.

Add nylon sev.

Add crushed papdi and salt. Crushed papdi will inherit crunchiness in our sprouts and corn chaat.

Mix well using a spoon.

Remove in a bowl.

Garnish with nylon sev.

awesome! this recipe is a perfect evening snack, i make it for most parties.. so simple and quick. try adding chopped paneer pieces and finely choped green chillies for a spicy boost.
