For spinach and corn khari puffs- To make spinach and corn khari puffs, heat the butter in a broad non-stick, add the plain flour, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds, while stirring continuously.
- Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the spinach, corn, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Cool slightly and keep aside.
- Place the khari biscuits on a clean, dry surface, put a little spinach corn mixture over each khari biscuit.
- Finally spread ½ tsp hot and sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle 1 tsp cheese over it and evenly over it.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Serve the cheesy puffs immediately.
