Relish the novel chaat recipe with soyabeans in the Soyadahibara recipe. The baras or vadas made from soaked and ground soy beans are mixed with chillies, spices and then deep fried in hot oil. Enjoy these crispy soya baras with beaten curd and select chutneys as topping.

Soyadahibara recipe - How to make Soyadahibara

500gms soyabeans whole
60gms udad dal
10gms coriander leaves
10gms green chillies
10gms cumin seeds
80 ml curd
soya refined oil for frying
- Soak soya beans and udad dal overnight, drain water and grind mixture into a coarse consistency.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies
- Add salt and mix well
- Make flat baras and deep fry till golden
- Beat the curd to a smooth paste
- Add salt and mix well
- Roast cuminseeds and powder them
- soak baras in curd and garnish with cuminseeds powder
