A delicious healthy breakfast to be served with roti or poori.
Method- Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil and add the green chillies.
- Add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown in colour.
- Add the tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and saute till tomatoes are cooked well.
- Add the sprouts, garam masala and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
