Ingredients

200 gms sprouted moong (whole green gram) (or sprouted beans, cut into small size if long), lightly steamed
3 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup kabuli chana (white chick peas) boiled in water to make them soft.
2 red tomatoes, finely chopped
1 baked potato, finely chopped
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 inch ginger (adrak) root, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
5 to 7 low fat wheat biscuits
5 to 7 rice crackers
5 to 7 low fat potato waffers
3 tsp fresh lemon juice
spices
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
2 tsp mint powder or 15-20 fresh mint leaves (phudina), chopped
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
Method


  1. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in a bowl. serve immediately.
