Method


  1. Scramble the two eggs in a pan without using oil so that it is cooked thoroughly.
  2. Add salt and 1tsp pepper powder. keep aside.
  3. Chop the onions.
  4. Now take the chopped onions,peanuts,prepared scrambled egg,juice of one lemon,1 tsp pepper powder, salt to taste in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Serve as cocktail snack.
