For paneer tikka toast- To make paneer tikka toast, in a deep bowl, add mustard oil, chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, chaat masala, dry fenugreek leaves, salt and mix well.
- Add the paneer cubes and toss gently. Keep aside.
- Take a toasted bread slice on a clean, dry surface.
- Apply 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp tandoori mayonnaise, ½ tsp green chutney and ½ tsp tomato ketchup evenly over it.
- Place 4 pieces of paneer on it. Put a capsicum piece near each paneer piece on one side and onion cube on another side of the paneer.
- Finally sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese evenly over it and little chilli flakes and dried oregano.
- Repeat steps 3 to 6 to make 3 more toasts.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 to 15 minutes or till crisp and cheese has melted.
- Cut the paneer tikka toast into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
