Carefully cut the bread roll, do not cut it through as we have to stuff the stuffing inside. 3. Instead of processed cheese you can use mozzarella cheese to make this schezwan bread roll.

Method- To make paneer schezuan bread roll, divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
- Take a hot dog roll, make a rectangular cut in the centre using a sharp knife.
- Remove the excess bread and make a depression.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to cut 3 more rolls.
- Place 1 cut roll on a clean, dry surface. Apply little melted butter in the depression and also on the sides.
- Stuff with a portion of the stuffing.
- Finally sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese evenly over it.
- Repeat steps 5 to 7 to make 3 more stuffed rolls.
- Place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 6 to 8 minutes.
