For Paneer , Peas and Potato Taka Tak
1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1/2 cup boiled potato cubes
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp fresh cream

To make paneer peas and potato taka tak recipe | Indian paneer taka tak | matar paneer masala | paneer matar dry sabzi | in a deep bowl, add ½ cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes.

Add ½ cup boiled green peas.

Add ½ cup boiled and peeled potato cubes.

Add salt to taste.

Add ¼ tsp chaat masala.

Mix gently. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil on a non-stick tava (griddle).

Add the 1/4 cup finely chopped onions.

Sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes.

Add 2 tbsp of water.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add the 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies.

Add 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala.

Add 1/4 tsp chilli powder.

Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi).

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add the prepared paneer, peas and potato mixture.

Add salt to taste.

Add 2 tbsp of water.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).

Add 2 tsp fresh cream.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.

Serve paneer peas and potato taka tak recipe | Indian paneer taka tak | matar paneer masala | paneer matar dry sabzi | hot with parathas or puris.

Heat 2 tbsp oil on a non-stick tava (griddle).

You can use vegetables of your choice such as capsicum, carrot etc.

Do not cook paneer for longer time otherwise it becomes chewy.

You can adjust the consistency of subzi as per your choice by adding water.

I made this recipe yesterday and believe me it was a hit!!...i can have it just like that without roti or rice...perfect Indian vegetable!! You are just wonderful Tarla Ma'am....
