    1. To make spice paste, in a mixer add 5 garlic (lehsun) cloves.
    2. Add 1 cup roughly chopped onions.
    3. Add 7 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces.
    4. Add 2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds.
    5. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
    6. Add cinnamon (dalchini).
    7. Add 2 cloves (laung / lavang).
    8. Add approx 1/4 cup of water.
    9. Blend into a smooth paste. Keep aside.

    1. Blend 1 cup roughly chopped tomatoes in a mixer to a smooth pulp. Keep aside.
    2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadhai.
    3. Add the prepared paste.
    4. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
    5. Add the tomato pulp.
    6. Sauté on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.
    7. Add ¾ cup boiled green peas.
    8. Add 1 ¼ cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane).
    9. Add ½ cup of water.
    10. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
    11. Add ½ cup milk.
    12. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
    13. Add salt to taste.
    14. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.

This recipe is so colourful, with a spicy - tangy taste. The flavors of the masala is so well infused in the gravy can be tasted in each spoonful of the curry, goes well with any paratha.
