Ingredients
For Corn and Green Peas Sabzi
1 1/4 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3/4 cup boiled green peas
1 cup roughly chopped tomato
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
To Be Ground Into A Smooth Paste (using 1/4 Cup Water)
1 cup roughly chopped onion
7 whole dry Kashmiri red chilli , broken into pieces
2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 small stick cinnamon (dalchini)

To make spice paste, in a mixer add 5 garlic (lehsun) cloves.

Add 1 cup roughly chopped onions.

Add 7 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces.

Add 2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds.

Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).

Add cinnamon (dalchini).

Add 2 cloves (laung / lavang).

Add approx 1/4 cup of water.

Blend into a smooth paste. Keep aside.

Blend 1 cup roughly chopped tomatoes in a mixer to a smooth pulp. Keep aside.

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadhai.

Add the prepared paste.

Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the tomato pulp.

Sauté on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Add ¾ cup boiled green peas.

Add 1 ¼ cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane).

Add ½ cup of water.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add ½ cup milk.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add salt to taste.

Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.

Serve corn and green peas sabzi recipe | Indian corn peas curry | healthy peas corn sabzi | hot.

Blend 1 cup roughly chopped tomatoes in a mixer to a smooth pulp. Keep aside.

You can also use frozen green peas to make this sabzi.

This recipe is so colourful, with a spicy - tangy taste. The flavors of the masala is so well infused in the gravy can be tasted in each spoonful of the curry, goes well with any paratha.
