For matar ghughni- To make matar ghughni, heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies, sauté on medium flame for 10 seconds.
- Add onions and tomatoes, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the green peas, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin seeds powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve matar ghughni hot garnished with coriander.
